Our director of Golf Fitness, Jentry Barton, is certified through the Titelist Performance Institute, to help you learn how to use your body properly in the golf swing. Often times, when the proper muscles are not used, it can create pain, a loss of power efficiency, decrease in distance, and a much harder learning curve. A golf specific fitness program can help you tackle your personal tightnesses and limitations and be on your way to better, healthier golf!

Golf Fitness Assessments are free of charge to those working with any of the staff at South County Golf Academy. This assessment will take about 45 minutes, and will allow us to find the specific limitations in your body that are holding you back in your swing. From this assessment you will receive a 10 minute routine that you can do from home, specific to your needs.
